SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Sevier County Fire Marshal’s Office, Sevier County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are asking the public for help as they investigate, what they are calling, a suspicious fire.

The fire happened on Oct. 2 in the area of Ingle Hollow Road and caused significant damage to a structure. Authorities say it is being treated as suspicious and they are asking the public to help identify any leads or witnesses that may help in the investigation.

Anyone with information related to the fire is encouraged to contact the Tennessee Arson Hotline at 1-800-762-3017. All tips can remain anonymous. Those who help investigators through the hotline service could be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000.
