Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2018, Kira Hansen wanted to prove to herself -- and to her daughter -- that anything was possible with perseverance. She is now the Idaho representative for the Beyond Type Run team for the next New York City marathon. Kira and her daughter join us in the studio today to tell their story.
