Ihave never figured out a personal phenomenon that has plagued me since childhood. It's nothing serious, but it's certainly unusual. I have never won playing Clue. Never. And I don't think it's bad luck.

Seriously, I pay careful attention while sitting around the Clue game board , and I diligently mark off weapons, rooms, and suspects when the time comes. Then, we'll get to the end of the game, and I'll say, "It was Mr. Green with the wrench in the conservatory." And I'll say it with lots of confidence, too. But that hardly matters when the solution is revealed to be Miss Scarlett with the knife in the billiard room. I should've had YouTube back in the day.

(By the way, Clue was adapted from a British game called Cluedo .)
