WATERLOO, Iowa — Waterloo Schools unveiled the colors, and mascot for a new high school set to open in the 2028-2029 school year. The district says the colors will be black and gold. The mascot will be the Titans.
Waterloo's East and West High Schools are merging into one campus known as Waterloo United High School. This evening's program included a State of the District Presentation.
“This is more than a logo or a mascot—it’s a unifying identity for our students, families, and community,” said Dr. Jared Smith, Superintendent of Waterloo Schools.
