North Murray has had its share of star football players. This year, quarterback Hudson Hulett is taking the area by storm--so much so that he was named Georgia High School Football Daily's Player of the Week.
Hulett had a standout performance in the Mountaineers' 49-21 win over Sonoraville last Friday. He had 242 rushing yards and four touchdowns, along with 80 passing yards and 11 tackles on the defensive side of the ball.
The North Murray signal-caller has grown up around the program, even being the team's ball boy a decade ago, so being able to receive this recognition as he represents his hometown makes it that much sweeter.
