SPOKANE, Wash. – The federal government is considering Spokane as a potential location for new office space. Spokane is one of 21 medium-sized cities identified in a recent request for proposal (RFP) issued by the U.S. General Services Administration.

The RFP, published on September 16, 2025, seeks a 10-year lease for a fully furnished office above ground level. The space should support standard office operations with adequate sound privacy for confidential discussions. It also includes a component to support law enforcement operations and storage solutions appropriate for administrative operations.
