Goodwill to build apartments on top of its busiest location in Northern Virginia

One of the busiest Goodwill locations in the country, located in Northern Virginia, will temporarily close to make way for a new seven-story building that will include not just a new Goodwill, but also affordable housing and a childcare facility.
