GALWAY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Police are looking for a teenager reported missing out of the town of Galway. Hailey Ann Heigel was last seen around 5 p.m. Wednesday walking on Galway Road.

Hailey is 16 years old. She is described as being around 5'1" and 103 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black leggings and gray boots.

Police said she may be in need of medical attention.

Anyone who sees her should call 911 or the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office at (518) 885-5522.
