GRANBY, Conn. — A Granby mother is taking legal action against the town’s Board of Education, claiming her daughter was repeatedly sexually harassed at school and that the district failed to take appropriate action to protect her.

According to a 10-page complaint filed in court, the harassment began during the 2023–2024 school year at Granby Middle School. The mother alleged that her daughter was targeted for months by a male classmate and a group of boys who directed inappropriate and unwanted behavior toward her.
