CLEVELAND (WJW) - Testimony is done Wednesday in the murder trial of Bionca Ellis, who is accused of killing a 3-year-old boy in a Giant Eagle parking lot in June of 2024.
Bionca Ellis, 34, of Cleveland, faces 10 counts, including aggravated murder, in the death of Julian Wood. She is also accused of attacking the boy's mother. Police say Ellis did not know the victims.
Prosecutors called additional witnesses to the stand Wednesday, including Julian's mother Margot Wood. She gave chilling details of the random, brutal attack that happened in June 2024.
Wood said she and Julian simply went grocery shopping and were brutally attacked when they left the store.
