PORT ARTHUR, Texas — What began as a part-time side hustle for Daniel Cruz has transformed into a thriving full-time business creating memorable celebrations across Southeast Texas.

Cruz, owner of Cruz Events, said his company provides everything from linens and backdrops to florals, draping, and specialty chairs, all with a personal touch. “We do linen, backdrops, draping, we do florals, centerpieces, we have specialty chairs and we coordinate with our industry partners,” Cruz said.
