NEW HAMPSHIRE (WABC) -- New video was released from the August car crash that injured former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani in New Hampshire.

You can hear the crash followed by screeching tires on I-93 in Manchester.

An ambulance was already at the scene for a different incident that Giuliani said he had stopped to assist with.

He suffered a fractured vertebrae and 12 days later he attended a September 11 ceremony in a wheelchair.

No charges were not filed in the crash.
