Ava Krieger scored two goals, one in each half, to lead the Union girls soccer team to a 6-1 win over Battle Ground on Wednesday.
A fast start for the Titans (8-1-1, 2-0) featured three goals in the first 10 minutes from Haleigh Miller, Guadalupe Gutierrez and Seneca Werre, which was set up by Alexandra Andrade on a corner kick.
Krieger scored the Titans’ final goal of the half after Battle Ground’s Ellyott Porter scored the Tigers’ (6-5, 0-2)lone goal in the 34th minute.
Kenadie Bibens also had one goal and one assist for Union, while Andrade tallied a team-high two assists.
