Law Reform To Prevent Paid Parental Leave Being Pulled If Baby Dies

The federal government is introducing law reforms to prevent employers from pulling paid parental leave in the event of a baby’s death. The bill will be named after baby Priya, who was born premature last year in Sydney, and only lived to six weeks old.
