The Hickory Young Professionals Leadership Council announced the 2025 Top 10 Under 40 award winners. The award honors 10 exceptional leaders under the age of 40 who are making a lasting impact in the Hickory Metro region through professional excellence, community service and visionary leadership.

These honorees represent a diverse range of industries, from law and insurance to fashion, real estate and nonprofit leadership.
