A dense downtown for Kirkwood

A developer has filed plans to build 60 apartments on a prominent corner in Kirkwood's business district, further amplifying the suburb's dense downtown, my colleague Nassim Benchaabane reports.

TriStar Properties is the latest developer to vie for the Kirkwood Road and Adams Avenue corner since Commerce Bank left around 2020.

It appears the local developer may have the support it needs on City Council.
