Former Firestone's property sold for $2.6 million, to be reopened as new restaurant

The buildings that housed Firestone’s Culinary Tavern and Sidecar Bar sold for $2.6 million in late September, according to property records.

The restaurant and bar, which operated from 1999 to 2025, will be replaced by a new restaurant called Fire & Oak, according to a press release sent out by Lutherville-based MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services.
