ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — After two Rocky River students were struck by cars while traveling to and from school in recent weeks, the Rocky River Police Department and Rocky River City School District have released a new public service announcement focused on student safety.
The video, which features school resource officers and a local pediatrician, aims to remind students and families about key safety precautions, especially for those biking to and from school.
