YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A 73-year-old woman passed away in the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash in York County on Tuesday morning.

The York County Coroner's Office responded to WellSpan York Hospital on Tuesday morning for a woman who passed away at 11:20 a.m. from injuries sustained in a crash.

According to the coroner's office, the woman was identified as Ruby Young, 73, of Lower Windsor Township.

The coroner's office said Young was the sole, unrestrained occupant of her vehicle when she crashed into another vehicle in the area of Chambers Road and East Prospect Road in York Township at 7:30 a.m.
