Massachusetts unveils $2.5 million fund for child care for working families

Twenty-three weeks of intense training led to this moment. This training teaches them to become well-versed in handling any situation that may arise in the line of duty.

The Massmutual Center in Springfield was filled with excitment as the Massachusetts State Police welcomed the 91st recruit training troop. The long road of academy training came to a close for 97 recruits.

"You've proven that this was never just a dream, it was your goal and you achieved it," said Massachusetts State Police Trooper Braedan Moore.
