Wall Street’s major indices opened flat on Thursday as investors did not find new inputs from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell on fed policy. At the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average inched up 20.5 points, or 0.04%, to 46,622.31. The S&P 500 added 6.8 points, or 0.10%, to 6,760.50, while the Nasdaq Composite edged higher by 2.0 points, or 0.01%, to 23,045.33.
