YOUNGSTOWN The owner of the Wick Tower apartments in downtown Youngstown is suing the city for allegedly violating an easement agreement.
According to a lawsuit filed in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, owner Wick Properties, LLC entered into an easement agreement in 2014 with the City of Youngstown.
Wick Tower is an apartment building connected to the 20 Federal Place building in downtown Youngstown, housing approximately 52 residential and commercial tenants.
According to the easement agreement, the easement areas are the stairs and stairwells to the 20 Federal Place building. Tenants would access the building through an entrance door from the Wick Building to 20 Federal Place.
