Little Rock’s Moody Brews, a small craft brewery in the Pettaway neighborhood, will start slinging “The Beef,” a beef dip sandwich crafted with local wagyu from Greenbrier’s Sweetwater Cattle Company. The sandwiches will be available on Fridays starting at noon until they’re sold out.
Making its debut this week, “The Beef” consists of sliced roast wagyu braised in-house at Moody Brews , melted cheddar cheese and your choice of condiment on toasted ciabatta, along with a side of au jus made with Moody Brews’ Cuban Pull, a Cuban coffee-inspired brown ale. Approximately 40 will be available each Friday, according to a press release.
