Taylor Swift fans are none too happy to be finding a blank space in their mailboxes where an autographed copy of her new “Life of a Showgirl” album should be.

South Carolina Swifties , who pre-ordered signed copies or limited editions of the artist’s new album, are among more than 100 fans throughout the Southeast sharing their disappointment that much-awaited packages are empty or filled with random items, such as a prayer book.

North Charleston resident Holly Wise said she ordered a limited-edition CD that came with a signature friendship bracelet, but when it arrived in the mail Oct. 6, the box was surprisingly light.

The blows didn’t end there. She opened the package to find it completely empty.
