CLEVELAND — Cleveland Hopkins International Airport will host its first-ever “Hopkins Flight School” on Nov. 1, giving travelers who experience anxiety, have special needs, or are unfamiliar with flying a chance to practice going through the airport process — all without leaving the ground.

The free event, part of the airport’s Hopkins Hospitality Program, will run from 9 to 11 a.m. and guide participants through each step of the air travel experience, including check-in, security screening and boarding a plane.
