The Philadelphia Phillies held off being swept by the defending World Series champions, but the Los Angeles Dodgers have another opportunity to end the Phillies’ season tonight.
In yesterday’s Game 3, the Phillies avoided the sweep thanks, in part, to two big home runs from Kyle Schwarber, one of which went 455 feet, outside the stadium. After a three-run fourth inning, the Phillies added five more in the eighth inning to make the final score 8-1.
