Diddy‘s hopes of serving his 50-month prison sentence at a low-security facility have suffered a setback.
The Bad Boy Records founder, who was convicted earlier this year of prostitution-related charges, had filed a request to be sent to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, claiming it’s the best place for him to “address [his] drug abuse issues” and “maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts.”
However, Judge Arun Subramanian — who oversaw Puffy’s high-profile trial and handed down his four-year sentence — strongly disagrees and is adamant that the disgraced mogul should do his hard time as close to the New York metropolitan area as possible.
