An 85-year-old man has died six days after a crash in Aberdeenshire , with police appealing for further information.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on the A939 at Cock Bridge on Wednesday, October 1, at around 1pm following reports of a crash involving a red Kia Sportage.
Police and paramedics attended, with the pensioner taken by air ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where he later died on Monday, October 6.
No other injuries were reported at the scene, and police are now urging anyone with dash-cam footage or those who witnessed the crash to come forward.
Sergeant Peter Henderson said: "Our thoughts are with the friends and family of the man who died at this very difficult time.
