The Phillies weren’t about to go quietly. Down 2-0 in the NLDS, they came back angry on Wednesday night. Kyle Schwarber, Bryce Harper, and Trea Turner turned a tense elimination game into a fun one, giving Philly faithful something to mull over.

The trio called for seven hits and five RBIs, pushing the team to an 8-2 win over the Dodgers in LA. Speaking to the media post-game, Harper talked about the team’s mindset, which also comes a month after sending a bold message following the Phillies’ NL East clinch.

“You’ve got to go 1-0. I’ve seen it multiple times in multiple series in multiple sports. It happened… our biggest goal & ultimate goal is to win a World Series.”
