The criminal case against former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez has been assigned to a Marion County judge who has ruled on other high-profile cases, at times drawing criticism from law enforcement and victims' families.
Sanchez's case was assigned to Judge Jennifer Prinz Harrison after prosecutors added a felony charge to his three-misdemeanor indictment. The judge overseeing the misdemeanor case set the $300 bond before the transfer. Sanchez has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His next court date is set for November.
