Floodwaters rise in Kotlik as community experiences typical fall storm

The community of Kotlik is also feeling the effects of severe weather this week.

Resident Keshawn Keyes shared photos with Your Alaska Link, showing floodwaters quickly rising around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Despite the high water, Keyes says there doesn’t appear to be any major damage, describing it as “just another typical fall flood.”
