ST. LOUIS – Tens of thousands pack Downtown St. Louis on Thursday to celebrate the new St. Louis Blues season.
Crowds enjoyed a pregame pep rally outside Union Station, featuring music from "The Red Jackets," food and drinks, and guest appearances from Blues staff and alumni, including captain Brayden Schenn and chairman Tom Stillman.
The home opener is set for 7 p.m. Thursday against the Minnesota Wild. It also gives fans a chance to watch pregame warmups at ice level and enjoy player introductions prior to the game.
