MENANDS – A 25-year-old East Greenbush woman who was set to be sentenced Friday for a medication-related criminally negligent homicide crash that killed a Hannacroix woman was arraigned Wednesday in Colonie Town Court, accused of driving drunk and without a valid license Sept. 27.

According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Jacklyn Parker at 1:30 a.m. on I-787 for failing to have proper plates or tail lights illuminated on the 2022 Ford SUV.
