Srinagar, Oct 09: Security forces on Thursday recovered the body of one of the two missing soldiers from the dense Gadole forests of Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, while a massive search operation continued for the second soldier amid hostile weather and treacherous terrain.

Officials said the two commandos, belonging to an elite Para unit, had gone missing during a counter-terrorist operation launched on Tuesday in the Ahlan Gadole area following intelligence inputs about the presence of terrorists in the region.
