Musician and longtime accompanist to the late singer Zubeen Garg, Partha Pratim Goswami, accompanied by businessman Kishore Barua, appeared before the CID today, October 9 as part of an ongoing investigation into individuals associated with the singer.

Barua told reporters he had earlier lodged an FIR at Sarupeta police station and was summoned for questioning over three days. “Today I came and recorded my statement in court,” he said, adding that he is confident his testimony “will assist the investigation 200 per cent.”
