KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) — A former Leawood Hereford House employee was sentenced Thursday in a food contamination case.
A Johnson County judge sentenced Jace Hanson to 11 years and 4 months in prison.
Hanson pleaded guilty in July to 33 total felony charges, including criminal threat counts, all related to food contamination, one criminal damage to property and 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
Hanson worked at the now-closed Leawood Hereford House in the spring of last year.
