ORANGE, Ohio -- Village officials are seeking input from both residents and non-residents on a wayfinding system that is being developed to navigate and connect the village’s parks with the Cleveland Metroparks.

On Wednesday (Oct. 8), Mayor Judson Kline said the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission has created an online survey to gain insight that will help the village and the county shape the development of the program.

He noted that late last year, the County Planning Commission awarded the village a $60,000 planning grant to develop this wayfinding program for the purpose of connecting the village’s parks with the Metroparks “and connecting our community with others, identifying all of the places people can go on our (recreational) trails.”
