The Board of Trustees of Tata Trusts will meet today, October 10, 2025, in what is expected to be a closely watched meeting amid recent tensions among its members. The meeting follows days of internal disagreement and comes just a day after the first death anniversary of Ratan N. Tata, the former chairman who led the Trusts for several decades until his death last year.
The meeting, according to a report by Moneycontrol, is likely to be conducted in a calmer atmosphere than recent weeks, as a faction of trustees that had reportedly been at odds with Chairman Noel Tata has been advised to cooperate to ensure the Trusts continue to function smoothly. Tata Trusts collectively hold a 66% stake in Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group.
