CLEVELAND, Ohio – Downtown Cleveland’s Fidelity Hotel has been awarded a Michelin Key – the equivalent of a Michelin Star, but for hotels – the only property in Ohio to earn the honor.
The Fidelity, with 97 rooms, opened this year on E. Sixth Street in what used to be Cleveland’s thriving Short Vincent neighborhood. Michelin calls the property “confidently nostalgic.”
The Fidelity is one of 317 hotels in the United States to receive a Michelin Key, part of a new Michelin Guide program that was created last year. The Michelin Key honors outstanding hotels and builds on the success of the publication’s popular Michelin Star program.
