Phoenix Mini Mart owner Marilin Rodriguez was in the kitchen cooking one customer’s order Tuesday afternoon, while two other men purchased snacks from the Steelton corner store.

She heard idle chatting “for five minutes,” and everything seemed fine, she said. But when they exited the store with their purchases, she heard three loud gunshots.

Police arrived and found Kenyatta Henry, 26, mortally wounded and bleeding on the store’s steps. His brother was seriously wounded.

Officers on Thursday were still looking for Quadir Rameau, 23, of Steelton , who was charged with killing Henry and shooting his brother.

Rameau and Henry’s brother were previously friends, according to police. Police listed evidence that linked Rameau to the shooting, but not a motive or whether Rameau knew or had a
