DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Multiple people are unable to get into their homes after an apartment complex fire Thursday night.

Several neighbors told KWQC crews on scene that officials told them they could not go into their apartments.

The crew said they saw medical personal, several fire trucks and firefighters working on the building in the 1700 block of West 10th Street.

The crews said they could not see any flames or active fire at the complex but said multiple units looked damaged.

A neighbor told KWQC his fire alarm did not go off.

KWQC has reached out to the Davenport Fire Department for more information.

This is a developing story. KWQC will provide updates on-air and online.
