New Delhi, Oct 10: Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced that the voters who do not possess a Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC) will still be able to vote using one of the twelve sanctioned alternative photo identification documents. This provision applies to voters from Bihar and the other Assembly constituencies where by-elections are scheduled to ensure that any voters are not deprived of their rights in the absence of EPIC.
