Prince William tried to hold back tears in a moving chat with a brave mother who lost both her son and husband within a week.
The Prince of Wales marked World Mental Health Day with a conversation with Rhian Mannings about the importance of support being at hand for those at risk of suicide or impacted by it.
Rhian, from Cardiff, tragically lost her son at age one back in 2012 after he suffered from a hidden illness. Just days later, Rhian's husband, Paul, took his own life.
Since this tragedy, Rhian has founded a bereavement charity - 2wish - which was set up to provide support for those affected by the sudden or unexpected death of a child or young person under 25.
