A Brit has tragically died after he was hit by three cars during a motorbike crash .
Craig Davies, 50, who was originally from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, was killed in the crash in Chiang Mai, Thailand , at around 12:20 am local time.
He lost control of his KTM 1290 Super Duke close to an underpass on the Chiang Mai-Lampang Highway and then came off his bike. He was then hit by three vehicles. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The motorbike enthusiast paid around 1.3 million Baht (£30,000) for his super bike. Police Lieutenant Colonel Adulsiri Wongtankard, of the Mae Ping Police Station, described the crash as "deeply traumatic".
