Philadelphia is getting a new hub for LGBTQ+ travelers. The Philly Pride Visitor Center, set to open in January 2026, will be one of the first dedicated LGBTQ+ visitor centers in the country. The Philadelphia Visitor Center and Visit Philadelphia, in partnership with Visit PA and PGN, made the announcement on Oct. 10.
The center will be located next to Knock Bar & Restaurant at the intersection of 12th and Locust Streets and is designed to welcome LGBTQ+ visitors from across the U.S. and the globe. It will offer itinerary planning, attraction ticketing, and travel information, with a focus on LGBTQ+-affirming destinations, businesses and cultural institutions. Visitors can also browse a selection of souvenirs, many from LGBTQ+-owned businesses.
