NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Metro Council approved a resolution to honor the life of Grammy-winning songwriter Brett James during Thursday night’s meeting.
James was killed last month in a small plane crash in North Carolina.
The plane took off from John C. Tune Airport on Sept. 18 before crashing hours later, killing all three people aboard, including his wife and step-daughter.
