Shikellamy coach Mike Hoover isn’t afraid to admit he really enjoyed last Friday night’s win over rival Selinsgrove.

“I’ll be the first to admit I celebrated on Friday night,” Hoover said. “I wanted the kids to take the weekend to enjoy the win. We hadn’t beat them in a long time (nine years), and hopefully, it’s the start of a new tradition (at Shikellamy).”
