A historic Dumfries and Galloway hotel has gone on the market. ‌

The Cally Palace Hotel and Golf Course near Gatehouse is being offered for sale for £3.25 million. ‌

The property was built in the 18th century as a Georgian mansion house before becoming a hotel in 1934. The 18-hole golf course was opened in 1993. ‌

The Cally became part of McMillan Hotels in 1980 and was sold, along with two other Galloway hotels, when the group was bought by Bespoke Hotels in 2022.
