BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A three-vehicle crash has closed State Highway 48 near the Los Lobos Bridge in Brownsville this morning, according to a TxDOT news release.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is on the scene. A spokesperson for DPS says details are limited and will be made available as they come.

Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes as authorities work to clear the scene and investigate the incident.
