Plymouth Argyle made world headlines last season when they beat eventual Premier League champions Liverpool 1-0 in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round at Home Park.

The Pilgrims then opened the scoring in their last 16 tie away to Manchester City, roared on by close to 8,000 members of the travelling Green Army at the Etihad Stadium before they were beaten 3-1 in the end.

And, before all of that, Argyle had grabbed a lot of national attention by winning 1-0 away to Premier League club Brentford in the FA Cup third round.

The Pilgrims are now a League One club after their relegation from the Championship last term so they will enter the competition at the first round stage this season, the draw for which will take place on Monday (October 13). Here are all the details:
